Between March 4th - March 8th, Tadbulb and Fidough had the shiny disabled.
Did I miss an event or some change?
We are checking other Pokemon but not sure why these specifically had issues.

PoryPro now displays the last time we saw a Quest and Raid for that Pokemon. Here's Timburr as an example.

Permaboost isn't coming back, it looks like its a season based update.
Looking at the data from PoryPro and the wording from Pokemon Go Memories in Motion Season post tries to hide it.
"..compared to wild encounters." Aka, stealth nerf wild.
