Our house is rarely above 65° in winter = sleepy starter. I’d been setting the kettle on and keeping the steaming kettle + starter in the oven but worried that someone (me) was gonna forget, preheat the oven and obliterate my starter & my kettle. Problem solved. Bread coming soon! #sourdough
