Yeah, which always makes the employees feel like their job is in peril, and affects everything. It is really hard to cut back on stuff once you've implemented it without implying your company is doing worse than it was when it was implemented, especially small things. Workplaces suck these days.

I don't understand why companies do these little things.
They're small things, that can make a big difference for how comfortable employees feel.
Also it makes the workplace feel like it's hurting for money or something.
Also wtf can you do with 5 minutes??? Barely enough time to go piss.
So dumb.
