Keto was hard so have abandoned ship for a bit. With anxiety sky high, starting new dose of meds & worrying abt nearly due Uni assignment. I couldn't deal with all the intrusive sugar cravings. I was actually craving a ice-cream bubblegum that I was addicted to aged 7!! Going Keto again next week.
Day 3 Keto diet. V annoyed as had a chocolate biscuit binge with a cup of tea (no sugar - that was a first) at midnight. No ketones today. Dinner was same as yesterday but with piece of cheese & ham omelette. Sardines. Bit of cheddar. Be tmr now! Grrr

Funny....All of a sudden, no one's performing arbitrary sex-change operations on unexpecting grade-schoolers anymore.
My Mum's has had this for years and we gave it a bit of support when it was about 1.5ft. Is now over 3ft high with 13 babies!
But the mother plant is now only an inch away from having nowhere else to grow.
