I feel bad not posting very often/only posting old work but I have several things cooking that unfortunately are gifts that I don’t want to ruin the surprises for.

An abstract embroidery primarily stitched in green and lavender featuring eyelets of varying sizes, French knots, small cross stitches, and buttonhole stitch framed in a small hoop. It gives the impression of a microscopic organism. Very organic.

The back side of the previous embroidery. The fabric on the inside of the hoop has been bound with bias tape and held taut within the hoop’s perimeter with a sturdy thread so one can still peer through the eyelets that make up the core of the piece.
