I'm not talking about people who are trying and slip up sometimes. Some of y'all don't even try, or worse yet, maybe you're misgendering us intentionally. If that's you, don't be surprised when the trans person you keep misgendering stops wanting to be around you.

If someone you care about is trans, just call them by the name and pronouns they tell you is correct for them. It's not that hard, and it's the least you can do to show you care about them.
