If you're a good secondhand seller you take about 5/10% off anything below 100$ MSRP. Anything up from there is far more subject to rarity and release. This is basic shit. Lego are collector items but the criteria for the market is not as two bit as "it's retired/oop" and "it has this many parts".

Just because they retired the unicorn 3-in-1 doesn't mean that I can't literally build it to an almost exact from my spare parts as a collector. The going rate for secondhand Legos, in box, well kept, or less circulated (not rare or member release) is around 10pc • $1 ratio.
