/stats command in Claude Code will show the token usage, based on how much input/output tokens you used and the pricing of the model you can calculate it. Also you need to be on API usage billing.

In my case we have an internal dashboard that does it automatically for me.

I thought my previous monthly token usage was high, but since then I started using Claude Code for EVERYTHING and this is what happened.

I'm not sure if I ever can go back to working without Claude Code.
