Now, I don't think you can sue a company for damages outside of the country, but... I hope these issues get brought up in the lawsuit regardless, because NoA is the lead influence for Nintendo's presence across the Americas.

Now, Brazil has to contend with both of these pre-existing trade barriers on top of the new tariffs. One friend told me that it costs around R$4,500 ($790 US) for a Switch 2, but it would normally cost closer to R$2,250 ($450 US) with today's exchange rates.
If you think that was bad enough, consider Brazil. Not only is the rollout of Brazilian Portuguese slow and selective, but they have faced these pricing issues much longer than the US.
Nintendo also inflated the prices there, rather than taking the SEGA route to circumvent these trade barriers.
Everywhere in the Americas outside of the US face the same issues, but also stacks a price increase on top of it, to make up for tariffs between the US and these countries.
No Nintendo satellite office in the Americas seem to operate directly with NCL (Japan), and instead are filtered through NoA.
Or perhaps... have their current executives take a pay cut, just like one of their former presidents.
But what are we talking about here? A marginal increase of $5? $10? In the US? They're filing a lawsuit for the wrong problems.
I would argue that NoA has caused greater problems outside of the US
The tariffs accelerated the issues with the decreasing value of the ¥, forcing them to make these sudden price changes and filing a lawsuit against the current administration.
One could argue the price changes were unnecessary and Nintendo could tank the hit from the bad exchange rates.
Nintendo increased their prices elsewhere to make up for the losses in Japan due to the weakening ¥ when exchanged to $, even if sales are absolutely booming.
They are trying very hard to keep prices in Japan the same as they were in 2017, which is fair for the locals who aren't getting good wages

"Lead them to paradise... of Dune: Part 2"
Not true, the show did not end.
There was always a Season 4 planned, and it was openly discussed by Jon Favreau.
Besides, it is very much like the MCU. Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew were the next installments to this story.
Does this watch also include Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew?
I have yet to revisit it. Been meaning to ever since it was patched for Switch 2.
These games were long discontinued in Costco Canada, at least in my region.
Are you forgetting that they went out of their way to remake The Thousand-Year Door, and it proved to be a success?
Never say never. He can appear in the next Paper Mario
If it were successful, it wouldn't need an AI video to demonstrate it.
Admitting to one's own problems is only halfway through taking accountability.
The other half is helping those employees find new jobs. Connecting them to other studios who are open to taking them in. That's what should have been done.
I'm a sucker for PvE games and certainly is one for me.
The popularity of Battle Royale truly ruined the potential for this mode, and it took until Epic Games started losing a lot of money for them to finally break the glass and release this to everyone. Too bad people still got fired.
Fortnite: Save The World poster, featuring four characters stood on top of a constructed platform with undead hands prying at it.
I played #Fortnite Save The World for the first time yesterday, as did so many people.
Boy, am I pissed. This is the real Fortnite that was kept away from many players behind a damn paywall.
This was the mode that would have taught players how to properly play with Fortnite's build mechanics.
As wealth concentrates, so does power — the power to influence elections, shape policy, tilt markets and define the terms of public debate.
Taxing billionaires is not radical.
What is radical is allowing a system where extreme wealth exists alongside widespread hardship.
And technically the 1/4 that works for the AI dude is on Disney payroll.
Sounds like a part of the Epic Games contract.
I love the double standards.
I completely forgot that both Rhythm Heaven and Tomodachi Life were Sakamoto's games.
Should also consider stopping the Paramount Skydance acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
Paramount Skydance is the parent to CBS, infamously known for cancelling the Late Show, with heavy speculation that this was a political reason.
If merged, anything under CNN and HBO will be targeted next.
Nintendo not acknowledging that this was actually an N64 game.
However, I hope this serves to inspire other municipalities to stand up to the administration.
That is quite true. I do want to see him at least address it.
I'm putting my aluminum foil hat on and saying it's all smoke and mirrors. The administration isn't saying "yes" to the flag. They are saying "fine."
They're just too scared to get into deep shit with NYC because it's in a blue state and in a blue city, with a strong mayor.
