Hi, my adult daughter has severe PMDD. She has such severe hot flashes. They seem to get more severe as time goes on. Along with depression, moodiness, etc. She's tried so many things and nothing seems to work. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas on what helped you. Thank you so much!

I have chronic mallet finger or should say mallet fingers because all of my fingers are starting to bend at the top. It's awful. I'm so sorry that you're going through this also
