20C - no jacket needed. 30C is hot if there's no AC (86F). "Normal" body temp is 37C. Fever is 38C, but I'll still say I have a fever at 100f and not 100.4.
That will only help in about 3 states (most places NOT proof of citizenship). If money isn't super tight, the passport card proves citizenship and fits in your wallet unlike birth certificates or naturalization paperwork.
Yes! Considering that the people around me who are getting diagnosed are kids with behaviors that predate their exposure to screens and adults with symptoms predating even dial-in internet - I'd say it's awareness.
