After Klarion spoke, he finds suddenly wood & veins rapidly appearing around his body.

He even lifts her up, pleasantly surprised.

“ The cactus has been restored.” He tells her. “It takes time for all the plant cells to die. So restoring the cactus was no issue.” He revealed. There a pause ad he recognizes her sadness.

“ I can safely relocate the cactus to a nearer location to you.”

Swamp Thing extends his vines, reconnecting the cactus back to the ground & restores it.

From her perspective, it looks like he might of revived the cactus.

Levi kisses Pamela again but it’s much more passionate this time.
