At 8:31 pm Friday, the US Treasury prolonged Russia's exemption from US oil sanctions for another month. Two days earlier Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent had promised that this would not be done.

Vance has never “opposed” the war an Iran! He has publicly supported it from the beginning and every step along the way.
The idea that he privately opposed it and that should be considered his official position is absolute garbage.
Ukraine can now happily ignore Trump's calls for Ukraine giving up territory to Russia.
9. Unless the US apologizes for its support for Russia, kleptocracy & autocracy in Hungary, the chasm between the US & Europe will widen substantially.

5. The biggest blow was probably to MAGA, CPAC & Trump who have campaigned for Orban. This augurs for a big loss for the GOP in the midterm elections on November 3.
