I tried to like Deathstroke, but halfway through issue two I realized that I just don’t care about this character. I thought that it might be because he is an unrepentant killer, but so is Midnighter, so is Wolverine, and I like both of them.

In fact, I’d rather see Midnighter in a series again.

I identify most with a morloc. Not a particular one, but just a morloc. I have always had terrible issues with being sociable and hiding away like a hermit and the way they have been forced to hide from humanity seems close to home for me.

The EU is supportive of democracy and most often acts to protect its citizens from exploitation. The USA has a system based on exploitation. Our entire economy is based on it. We are an oligarchy. The neo-cons and neo-liberals basically endorse this and the ultra-cons basically want slave labor.

The USA needs something like Pix. A Brazilian payment system that allows every Brazilian to use their phones to pay for almost everything without worrying about credit card companies screwing them over with fees and interest.

They still have credit cards, but for using your own money, it’s great!
