Boss Gifts Employees $240M in Bonuses After Selling Family Company Ahead of Christmas, employees of a Louisiana company received something unexpected after the factory was bought by another business earlier this year: bonuses worth $240 million.

Graham is a great guy, and the generosity he showed after selling Fibrebond should come as no surprise to anyone that knows him. It was an honor to have worked with him and his team.

A year after my son's second suicide attempt and third hospitalization, he is on the honor roll at his new university. So proud of how far he has come. Incredibly grateful that he will spend Thanksgiving with us this year.

Really proud of my oldest. She's in her fourth year of teaching and is doing a fantastic job. I'm happy the district recognized her hard work.

Can't wait to see @msleeeddy.bsky.social in the new Toxic Avenger movie. Helping to eliminate medical debt while doing so is a bonus.

I've always been proud of being an LSUS alum, it's right there in my profile. Today that pride is off the charts after the Pilots baseball team capped an undefeated season with an NAIA championship. Truly an historic accomplishment.

Every year I buy crazy socks for the office and try to raise a little awareness for Down syndrome on WDSD. Had really great participation this year. Several people in stockinged feet all day. Pants tucked into socks to show off. Good energy despite the busy season grind.

This is an old picture of Theo and my older son who I have been sharing about. They have always had a close bond, and even though they are both getting older, this is how I will remember them.

I've learned a lot about being a parent in the past 8 years since we found out Theo would have Ds, even though I had been a dad for 17 years when he was born. Theo brings out the best in all of us. We are truly blessed to have him in our lives.

As soon as I saw these socks, I knew they would be great for World Down Syndrome Day. Theo has loved dinosaurs for years, and I figured they would be a nice tribute to my homie with an extra chromie.

Gained quite a few new followers during my social media hiatus. Disappointed at the number of bots, which by my guesstimation were half my other place followers. If you didn't get a follow back, I thought you were a bot, like this and I will follow.

The one thing the other parents and I have in common is that it was our sons and most were around the age of my boy.

My 12 yr old son (typically developing) is very quiet and keeps his feelings to himself. I pray he doesn't follow in his older brother's footsteps.

The more I open up about this, the more I am hearing from others whose children either attempted or successfully ended their own lives. It breaks my heart for them, mostly because I was completely unaware, but also because I can sympathize at least to a degree.

So we keep moving forward and do the best we can. Carrie and I have been seeing a counselor together since our son's first attempt. Our other 4 children will join us next week. Our 2 daughters are seeing counselors individually.

The flip side of that is my wife and I get to hear daily that he hasn't changed his mind. He still doesn't have the will to live. We are both on the verge of our own breakdowns, but still have 3 kids at home, including our homie with an extra chromie.

A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone for their concern, prayers, and well wishes. My son has been in a behavioral health hospital for the past few days. I am grateful that the hospital he is in allows daily visits. The one he was in previously only allowed weekly visits.

My 19 yr old son attempted to take his own life yesterday. This is the second time since August. Grateful to still have him, but devastated to know he still thinks it is his only way out.

Theo enjoyed seeing the "monkey monkey monkey" at Chimp Haven, the world's largest chimpanzee sanctuary. Awesome having such a great org so close.
