Every time I go to post, something grabs my attention. C & C workout today. Core work with the kettlebell & the incline treadmill. The gym was interestingly sparsely attended. I think peeps are trying to enjoy as much of the sunny warm weather as possible.

The yester year of WSCR is a tough path to follow. Absolute radio legends. And now, when you have really good talent. TV swoops in and snaps them up. I don’t mind most of the new people. I know not to compare them to the old hosts.

Really fun. A couple of us got a VIP tour from Mitch Rosen of the WSCR & WBBM areas. Incredible set up. It was weird seeing the studios live vs what we see on Twitch and YouTube.

Yeah. It was wild. I was downtown for the Take Back the North live podcast at 2 Prudential building. The fog was rolling in of the lake and that was at 4:50 in the afternoon.

Grocery store workout this morning. Then it was so pleasant out, took an additional 5 mile walk. Damn near perfect weather today.

The local nursing home is coming back again. College spring breakers are gone for the next 5 weeks until they are back for summer. So kinda meh. Gotta be good with showing up in the correct window.
