My motto for today is deliberate action.

As a martial artist from most of my life, I've used my body doing what I needed to do without having to think about it that is no longer the case.

The #Cancer has taken that away, and now I must be very specific about what I'm trying to do with my body.

I'm Losing Myself, and I don't know what else to do. I can no longer remember or learn new things. Yes, it affects my coordination, but the brain fog and slowdown are the most difficult parts, and it is happening so fast that I don't have time to adjust

I keep coming back to the same question, and I know there's no answer.

Of all the places it could have gone to my brain, the parts that I need the most, there are other body parts that could have settled in.
