Neue Analyse von Bundesamt für Migration & Flüchtlinge:
▫️bis September 2024 erhielt rd. Hälfte der langjährig Geduldeten in Deutschland Chancen-Aufenthalt ➡️ rd. ein Viertel aller Ausreisepflichtigen
▫️Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht fördere zudem Identitätsfeststellung bei undokumentierten Personen.
