I need a solo vacation. Right now my anxiety about traveling is through the roof but I know it’ll be the best thing I can do for myself.

I had friends get married today. Because they enjoy partaking in THC.

If only the best scuba diving places weren’t so far away from the weather I truly love. Cold, winter, snow.

My decision to break up is confirmed more every day. Today? “I need this for my mental health” after say I needed space and time. I am telling you what I need. I am not the keeper of your mental health - use friends, family, therapy. Not your ex.

I forgot how much breakups hurt - even if you were the one to do the breaking up. I’ve spent my day allowing myself to feel all the feelings, crying more than I have in a long time, and trying to give myself grace that I’m not in fact a horrible person for breaking someone’s heart.

Maybe I should change my career…

- get great idea
- write out two pages of potential thesis ideas
- get frustrated that none seem to work
- re-read articles and research to guide thesis
- determine my argument
- re-write thesis statements on another page
- go to the store because I’m frustrated
