Well they had about 100 robots competing against each other this year in their own lane.

Last year the winning humanoid robot was at like like 2 hours and 40 minutes.

So in a year they shaved nearly 70% of the robot’s time.

I dunno I think it’s interesting despite the clickbait headline framing

I'm not joking when I say mRNA technology is more important than "AI" and it's a tragedy we're throwing billions into one while our government is aggressively defunding the other.

I miss when medical procedural could just do their own thing without being “solved”

They should ignore the audience entirely and keep on keeping on

Honestly if I was fabulously wealthy I’d go all Paul Allen Cinerama and reopen the Minneapolis Zoo IMAX.

It is crazymaking to listen to the right claim Orban's loss means he was never an authoritarian when people in Hungary feared that opposing him would immiserate their families

JD Vance on a colossal cold streak

A face plant. A very revealing one.

Prominent Republican member of Armed Services Committee.

He betrays absence of Congressional oversight.

Brennan also asked Turner about absence of any public hearings. His answer was aaaawful (that they've held hearings in past decades).

That restaurant was so nice and expensive it was a painful expense and sacrifice for me to eat there

To her it was Applebees

When I was much younger get I went to my first ever two Michelin star restaurant. Nicest restaurant I had ever gone to. Most expensive. Suit. Big life event.

Lady right behind me was loud, boisterous, obnoxious - clearly ate there every week - everyone on the staff came by to chit chat

I’m not a huge fan of people start chasing tasting menus and stuff to go after stars.

I like the casual, LA like vibe of MSP dining.

Of course, LA has stars and it isn’t a problem

The big water show in the main lagoon is also aces. Maybe better from the Castle side (people were camped out up on the castle) or down by the water to the side of the pirate ship

For reference yesterday Frozen fastpasses sold out in under 10-15 minutes but Tangled and Peter Pan hung around later (Soarin I think sold out second, then ToT, then Journey to Center of the Earth, then Pan, then Tangled)

The Mickey show about the airplane is worth doing too. We enjoyed.

You definitely want to ride Frozen and Pan. As long as you make the sacrifice in the AM that should be pretty achievable without terrible lines during the day.

Line up at the turnstiles /hours/ early. Try to buy Frozen Fastpass when you get scanned in. If not rush there and buy Pan and then in an hour buy Rapunzel. If you do buy Frozen then go to Pan and buy Rapunzel after an hour.

Getting to HND and paying your cab fare leaving you with just 168 yen in cash is the definition of nailing it

I wonder if the US customer base would tolerate the lines at the Tokyo Disney Parks if the tickets were only 65 bucks a day - my guess is no

2 weeks ago 0 0 1 0

Now the drawback:

The lines.

I don’t think it’s possible to have a US esque Disney day without a vacation package, or at least Happy Entry from Fantasy Springs and then buying as many fast passes as possible.

Otherwise you’re staring down 2-3 hour lines on the e-tickets

I do think Fantasy Springs (despite being kinda disconnected off in the back corner) finally might put DisneySea over the top of the Castle Parks for me.

3 great IP / kid friendly dark rides, 2 of which are E-tickets. Gorgeous theming and environment across all three IP
