Day in the life of an HE teacher 10am, 3hrs travel because of delays, arrived 4mins before lecture, no time 2 upload slides so went to my room to pick up notes, door handle came off in my hand, estates helped,15 mins late to lecture, coffee break uneventful,2nd half starts in 10 mins, how’s you day?

This is something we should talk about more and feel OK in that. Research that records distress and injustice takes a toll. It would be great to create a network in this. Great point made, don’t let worry be the point of departure, but the point of reaching out. Wishing you the best.
