But every season of every show has countless straight white people on the cast.

It is a privilege to compete alongside people who you feel are “cut from the same cloth”. Straight white players are still the default in casting, marginalized people ultimately fill slots. I thought after being cast on BB it meant more butches to come…instead it feels like it meant one and done.

I just want the straight white men to know what it feels like to walk into a game alone, seeing no one who looks like them or who shares their life experiences, fighting from the bottom before the game even starts.
