The EB-0309 STRIDER from Armored Core 6 is ridiculous in every wonderful way. It's about 5km long and 1.2km tall, with a huge laser mounted on its top. It's practically a mobile city. I love to imagine all the labor and coordination it would take to make something like it logistically possible.
Its hard to find any one picture that accurately conveys the scale of it, but the Imperial Land Tank from the Destiny universe is so large that multiple missions take place within their interiors. Big ugly industrial war fort on treads.
It's hard to pick just one from James Cameron's Avatar films, but the shot in the first film of the arrows riddling one of the RDA trucks tires made my mouth hang open in the theater, especially when you see how big the arrows are in comparison to humans later on. The RDA bulldozer is also great.
Tolmekian Dreadnought, from Nausicaa always amazed me with its scale. Also the million little viewports and vents... love the greeblies all over this thing.
This funky ground-based sailing vessel they use on Mandalore was also neat. One of the cooler vehicle designs from The Mandalorian (s3)
Of course I have to mention the Elephant from Halo, and its civilian version used by the city waste department.
