My little pony. It really soothes my brain whenever i watch it, though it might work better for me since it was a show i loved as a kid. Golden Girls also has a nice feel-good energy. Plus a comfy sweater and blanket. Doesn't make everything go away but it's nice if you need to calm down for a bit.
