I always go Mediterranean diet variations so a protein (fish, chicken, tofu), grains (rice, quinoa, noodles) and veggies (broccoli, collards). Can also be done as a stir fry. It can get a bit boring but I can manage it and helps me have a balanced diet and not think too much about planning my menu
