As we talk about Medicaid work requirements, the most frequent example invoked is the 2018 experience in Arkansas.
But in some ways, Arkansas's implementation, where we still saw massive disenrollment, was a rosy scenario. Things could have been — may be, in the future — worse.

Let me know if you are interested in talking to Evanston Public Library, outside of Chicago.
I’m hanging out at the library and a guy just went up to the research desk and yelled, “DO YOU HAVE ANY BOOKS ABOUT WEREWOLVES,” and now the librarian is showing him some and I just love libraries!
More of this framing, please.

If you want to read a new book coming out but don't want to buy it, a great thing you can do is ask your local library to order it. The more requests they get, the more likely they are to acquire it and then lots of people will get to read it who othewise wouldn't.
Summed up, the proposed Medicaid cuts in the GOP's menu of reconciliation ideas ($2.3T) make up over one-third of the total proposed cuts (~$5.5T).
But it's not obvious that you can just add these policies up in a 1+1=2 sort of fashion — the policies interact with each other.
