There’s a wide world of games out there, and from a gamer’s perspective it’s an embarrassment of riches. More games than you could ever play or even read, and altogether too many things to do and places to start. How gamers navigate the hobby is important for game…

Window glazier techs are here to replace a cracked window. I just moved a couch to give them access that hadn't been moved in 12 years, 3 kids, 2 cats, and 1 dog... lots of stuff back there.

It's funny. The trope is that immortals become bored with life because they've seen it all before. The reality is that people yearn for a pause because they can't handle life's constant change.
I went to BED. I did my morning cardio. It's STILL going!
Getting *so close* to the legendary $1M mark... Can you push this over the top?

Check out Cypher: Faster. Easier. And Even Better! on @BackerKit! www.backerkit.com/c/projects/m...
Agreed, a favorite :)
Weekend hat rocks.
Time waits for no crowdfunder!
I know that in the past @charlesmryan.bsky.social and others at MCG have pursued takedown notices when they find one of our products pirated and made freely available. My understanding is that it's sadly a bit like wack-a-mole; hit one down and two more pop up.
3 backers to go to unlock a new version of Predation!

Happy Friday y'all. (Wishing it was happy anyway.)
We care.
Monte's live, answering questions. He just noted he's been digging into Ian M. Banks' Culture novels. Right on!

After successfully escaping the weird alien telepaths, we finally get some much needed R&R at the seediest bar we can find on planet Vesta. Not in here for more than five clicks and already some shapechanger is trying to pickpocket us with--let's face it--some gross tendrils.
One lesson we are learning: never trust telepaths.
To start with--a toast (To SPAAACE!) thanks to a fancy mezcal chili lime-aide drink another player so kindly provided. What should we call this space drink?

Great game! I played Invictus, a Vicious Paladin who Abides in Bone. (Sorta a bone golem raised years ago by @shannagermain.bsky.social 's Necromancer in a fluke reanimation, skinning the Abides in Stone focus.)
Come along for a bit of a play-by-play of today's #cypher fantasy game, using the updated version!
No one's going to die. Probably.

The pros of not reading off a script include a more authentic presentation. The cons include, as I demonstrate here, sometimes crafting sentences that make no goddamn sense :)
All my novels and short stories (10+), and about forty of the game books I wrote (or co-wrote) were scraped. So, I'll put my name in the hat for the ones I'm paid through royalties (i.e., none of the game products, but all the novels and short stories).
