The disappointment of not getting what I wanted. I get a lot more of that than the good ones, but when I find a good one, it's very satisfying.

The eyes are so sensitive that they need very little light to see the tiniest print, making the eyes dull and flat, lifeless like a cold fish.

I combined a profile named, Surreal, and a moodboard called, Abstract, seasoned with another profile, Artistic. It gave me an assortment of options. I like the one with Snow White, because she's so innocent within that violence of color.

Their medical teams travel in groups of 5, picking up Sparkys that hadn't made it home. They, all of them, are wired together electromagnetically; like a school of fish, they can pass along huge swarms of digits. But sometimes, suddenly they all raise their shoulder at the same instant. Glitches.

They probably think we're weird, walking around in the dark without a headlamp. They couldn't feed that lamp very long, though; so, they scurry home quickly in the evening. Daytime they're hungry, looking for electricity wherever they can find it.

Earthlings got used to the aliens, called them Sparky because all they wanted was electricity. They charged themselves on fewer calories than human sustenance. After a while, Earthlings stopped noticing them; we didn't have the heart to kill them. Now we co-exist here.
