The media needs to stop writing headlines like “The CDC changes course on vaccines and autism” and “The CDC defends measles response”.
NONE of this is coming from legitimate scientists at the CDC.
ALL of it is coming from RFK Jr.
Every such headline is causing further harm to public health.

Lots of life changes over here. And beautiful King Tide sunsets!!!
In New Jersey, a single mother struggled to figure out how to feed her two young sons with $50. In Oklahoma, a 61-year-old woman questioned whether driving to a food pantry was worth the gas money. And in Colorado, a woman grabbed food from a Walmart dumpster.
Richest nation in human history
Damn we’re all going to have an epic battle for that package 😂
People are less likely to believe conspiracy theories when they get clear, simple, and early information from trusted sources. Using tools like “prebunking” and reaching people where they are (like on social media) can help build trust and reduce misinformation.

Uh oh this is what I get for not reading the news for a bit. If a news happens when you’re not reading the news, does it really happen?
That’s a really good one!!
The takeaway:
👉 Accommodating the radical right on immigration doesn’t win back voters.
👉 It alienates the progressive base.
👉 And it raises the salience of the very issue the radical right owns.
In short: it’s electoral self-harm.
Taking this as a given and building more robust political movements that can overcome this behavior is now mandatory to get anything done or be part of the conversation. Let’s go!
It was a good blueprint (apparently!)
Concern over low birth rates was what the theocracy in Margaret Atwood’s Handmaid’s Tale used to come to power.
I only have like 2 shirts with writing on them, but I want this.

Never fear, you just blame the bad stuff on the spending part and credit the good stuff to the tax break part!
Yes. This is in fact what each VP did.
Wishing everyone a happy Fourth of July!
249 years since we declared independence from a king, the work of living up to our founding promise is more important than ever - and it calls on each of us to do what we can for our country.
Can’t vote them out without voting machines and nonpartisan tabulators!
Joseph Carens, a poli sci prof at Toronto, said that national borders are like feudalism — if you happen to be born into the manor (ie hold a ‘good’ citizenship) the system seems right and proper to you, but there’s nothing you can say to the serf in the field to justify *their* lack of opportunity,
KTLA - Narciso Barranco, a father to three sons who are all US Marines, pepper-sprayed and punched in the face by alleged federal immigration officers while he was working as a landscaper at an IHOP. He was then forced into the back of an unmarked car in Santa Ana.
Can someone please put Trump in the simulator already? He can have all the ketchup and well done steak and underage blow jobs and big red buttons and phalic missiles he wants in there
The New York Times front page.
I'm sorry but the largest protest of my lifetime is not the 7th or 8th biggest news story in the country behind "what does Gen Z want from Instagram?" This shit is humiliating. Rearrange your layout to meet this moment. Omitting the thing happening in every American city is malpractice.
This is part of why we need contingency plans. “The NIH isn’t going to fund this research for a while so stop doing it” is extremely short-sighted and harmful. We need people to have more vision than that.
how it started / how it's going
The Tr*mp administration’s interference with publishing scientific research/opinions and the appointment of someone with no scientific knowledge or expertise to make public health decisions should remind us all of Lysenko, whose incompetence and pseudoscience led to millions of deaths.
