I also find it cute that we’re doing 13 episodes for a horror/supernatural show. Surely that’s not an omen for what’s to come 💀

Finally, both Pavel and Pooh are doing great in these roles so far and that pink hair on Michael is so out there, but I kind of like it 👀

This week’s MVP has gotta be Pooh. This role is much more interesting than Charlie was and I’m already enjoying the more dynamic parts of Thup as a character and Pooh’s portrayal of the fear, panic, and paranoia Thup experiences.

I really like the detail of small changes in the flashbacks. In Thup’s version of events we see the assailant in robes, but in Singha’s recreation we see the attacker dressed almost identically to how Thup was found, casually dressed in converse. A nice touch 🤭

When I saw the baby and the monk at the start of the episode I flashbacked to Khemjira and genuinely said “not the baby” aloud

Raised in the temple but without any direct faith (or at least none shown yet) is very interesting and I need to know more about Thup’s time in the temple ASAP

I also quite like that despite Singha's denial of the spiritual (as seen in the trailer), I think there are flashes in his expression or reactions that give away that he's not entirely closed off to the idea, he's just been trained out of it because of his job which is refreshing.

A solid first episode. The makeup is actually kind of insane and I'm looking forward to seeing where we go.

I really like that both main characters have their own plot line and that Singha isn't just attached to Thup's case as his only thread to the story

Khem being possessed was genuinely my favourite part of episode 10 of #Khemjira — which is incredibly ironic since I don't even like horror.
But all the highlight reels omit the security camera part or the blood smeared part. So out of frustration, have my favourite zombie!Khem edit.

Unless they somehow butcher the ending, #Khemjira is shaping up to easily be favourite show of the year. Honestly not much comes close, not that I’ve been *super* on top of releases this year.

It’s been everything I hoped it would be and has given me even more. I’m so not ready for it to be over 😭😭
