Schumer & Jeffries have no authority to call either chamber back to the Capitol. What they can do when Mike & Thune do, is stop screwing us over while sending strongly worded memos - what Schumer has done twice already. Jeffries could do if he put the screws to only 2-3 Rs who won by under 5 pts.
