OK I need to just pick a couple things to be sad and scared about because trying to do it all at once is making me feel insane.

My advice is to folks who are feeling deep stress over the political climate. If possible, unplug. Go outside.

Physically, go outside and spend some time there, be present with the external world. If possible, connect with people you care about. Be present in the current moment.
