Locking mons behind IAPs, daily gambles, or owning the games is very dumb and will ruin it for many players. As someone who doesn’t own ZA or the SV dlc “just using home” wouldn’t work for me. How much would I need to spend for a viable team? Are my only options IAP or buying full priced games?

Having no magmar/electabuzz/porygon 2/dusclops/murkrow or the option to use super niche picks like cottonee is pretty sad. I understand why, and compared to the other issues this game is going to have this is nothing, but it still sucks.

@redigit.bsky.social is there any consideration in implementing whip stacking again in some way? While I’m not entirely opposed to doing something to it, I feel it was a great playstyle that rewarded risky play and was unique.
Maybe you can stack only one whip per summoner armor piece equipped?

This was meant to be a summoner update and instead we just got reforges (a mechanic that should have been removed ages ago) and the class is now less fun/nuanced/interesting while at the same time melee is buffed when it was already OP.

Can you revert whip stacking too? Despite you adding tons of whips to the game this update we actually have less viable ones than before. Or maybe at the very least make it possible to dual class summoner (since there is tons of dedicated content for it that is all unusable now). Literally anything.

(3/3) I already love cofagrigus and gliscor, but I love them both even more since in a bw2 soulocke me and my friend both had them and were able to pp stall grimsley's krookodile by swapping between them when our plan didn't work. Jirachi is the best mon ever it's cute/cool/gender and 60% flinch :3c

(2/?) Fortnite the torkoal was what was linked to it and while it failed to put in anywhere near as much weight it was still a solid and fun member. Vanilluxe was the focus of my first homebrew vgc team and it was actually pretty solid, blizzard is my fav move because of it. Meloetta = Kasane Teto.

(1/?) Most are just designs I really like for either being cute/cool or giving gender envy (my fav jirachi does all 3) some are a little more than that. In a soulocke with a friend he had Turtonater named Fortnite (Fornite Spike Trap) that soloed most fights with shell armor/irondefense/shell smash.

Coincidentally I did this a few weeks ago! It's not exactly 100% accurate since I did try to fit on as many of my favorites as possible with how dual types work (ex. roserade is my fav gen 4 mon but I chose tangrowth for grass type instead). Will discuss more in a reply to this post.

I literally named myself after her in like 2021 and didn’t know she was trans at all until right before the remake released despite being a big paper Mario fan which I find very funny.
