Anyone have frequent incredibly painful SI joint subluxations/ instability and find a solution?

I have tried all the following:
-putting it back in
-using OTC pain meds
-using heating pad
-using balms/patches
-KT taping it
-releasing psoas, iliacus, and glute muscles
