Hi guys. I know it’s been a year since I last posted here. I’ve been in the hospital and have engaged in recovery. However I feel like I’m slowly relapsing and I’m so scared and I don’t want to spend my whole life like this idk what to do.. #edsky #caterpillarsky

Basically I put salad, cucumber, tomato, grilled pepper and small pieces of chicken ! For the sauce I mix 0% fat Greek yoghurt with lemon juice, water and spices ! You can make the quantity according to your preference :)
