Mental health has deteriorated to the point that I can’t really do much. I’m stuck 400km from melbourne until I get to a point where the four hour trip is manageable. I don’t know how the shit I’m supposed to improve, I’ve talked with my psych and his advice wasn’t great. At least my folks are here.
