Looks like they're setting up another cash grab off of oil futures. Hey. Why settle for mere trillions when you have quadrillions?

I’m happy to announce the fifth album in the Retirement Series, ZZAJ (Not Exactly Jazz), is now complete. As the title implies, this one is sort of jazzy (but maybe not exactly).

This time around, all but one of the compositions are instrumental, so there is a heavy emphasis on guitar work, for those who enjoy that. For me, I feel this album is a step forward in terms of composition, orchestration, and moving from percussive to melodic articulation (at least that’s what I tell myself).

And again, everything was written, performed, and produced here at home.

Along with prior works, all the music is freely available on my site (philegeo.com), and can be streamed or downloaded directly from there. As well, everything will soon be published on the major streaming services (e.g., Amazon, Apple, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) via CD Baby, under artist name Philegeo.

As always, enjoy the music. I hope it makes you feel something good.

Love to be there right now (as I look out the window and see the second foot of snow falling). :-)

Thank you, and it does give me a hint where none existed before. BTW - You do some really nice stuff, and it really helps someone like me when you provide the prompts. Big time.

Thanks for your help. I have to admit, I really have no idea what CFG is. The tool I use (Invoke) did have me install SDXL models, but I'm not sure about the rest. Even so, I now have some new clues to investigate, so I'm grateful for that.

A sunlit valley covered with snow with ice capped mountains in the background, littered with green pines and golden aspens. White puffy clouds adorn the sky, and a wide river snakes its way through the valley. It is late in the day, and soft reds and oranges shade the clouds on the horizon. The winding shoreline of the river is littered with a variety of rocks and boulders.

First attempt at AI art. Done with a local install of Invoke. I realize it's very basic, but if anyone cares to point me to tools/tutorials, I'd appreciate the guidance. Then again, maybe I should stick to music. :-) Prompt in Alt.

Nice. Here's my first - a 1974 SG purchased new from Sam Goody's in Paramus Park Mall, NJ. MaPa loaned me the $367 (paid them back $10/week). Installed DiMarzio PAF (neck) and Dual Sound (bridge) PUPs a, and In/Out phase toggle a couple years later. :-)

Very interesting design. Can't say I like that upper horn though, being one of those improper "hands around the neck" players (most of the time).

Nicely done. Being a musician, this one really strikes a chord (sorry, I couldn't resist). :-)
