Seeing as many people are sharing their creations, here's what I made for the show. I used a sewing machine for the first time and really enjoyed it :3

I guess I should share my thing. It's a self portrait

My latest work (dead mole)
stoked to be a part of this show! say hello is tabula rasa ! 🧸
I include this piece in the show as a gesture to the emotions we fill our plushies with…. (see thread for more of my blurb about the piece 🧵)
Here is my contribution to Furpile...
It is a genetically modified hybrid, abandoned by its wealthy commissioner due to its malformed appearance. It is believed that its unusual coloration is due to a high concentration of microplastics, and it cannot digest processed pet food.
No taurs i dont think but several humanoid quads!

Furpile is a please touch plushie sculpture show running May 23rd through July 12th 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Patrick Totally asked several hundred sculptors, knitters, quilters, painters, illustrators, NPOs, drag performers, fursuit makers, tattooers, designers, locals, public figures, computer freaks, and "non-artists" to create a soft sculpture adhering to a certain set of parameters. Furpile is a show of work by the seventy-or-so artists who submitted work based on this prompt. Furpile is an arts depreciation initiative. It is not enough to make cheap art. The bespoke stuff also needs to be much, much cheaper. We are still afraid to touch art. We are scared to use it after we buy it, like how we would anything else. At the end of its run, the sculptures comprising Furpile will be donated to various thrift stores…
