It took a bit, but we now have the first verified #AWSHero, @lockhead.dev! If you are an #AWSHero yourself or know anyone who might want to get that label, it's very easy at verifiedbsky.net

Yes, that's a known issue at the moment, hope to fix it over the next days. Sorry for the automated removal. I tried to reset it, but somehow failed to do it properly 🙁

Thanks to great input by @bmarwell.de, verified bluesky now also supports Apache Foundation Member verification 🥳 Thanks a lot!

With the same update, I have also removed support for conference verification as there was very limited demand by organizers and speakers

It's a bit tricky if you changed you account name, but I'll try to fix that manually. In the future, I plan to also store the DID which doesn't change even if the account name changes, so I know how to reach out

Bluesky verification

Since today re-verification of accounts verified on verifiedbsky.net is happening. Every week, each account is checked if the verification still is ok. If it fails twice, a notification DM is sent. If it fails 4 times, the label is removed and the account is removed from all lists.

And we are a) back online (thanks to the amazing @fermyon.com team for an incredibly fast bugfix and release) and b) happy to share a new feature: Cloud Technology Townhall Tallinn (cloudtechtallinn.com) speakers can now verify themselves as well! If you run a conference and want the same, reach out

Thanks for your feedback and patience!

You only need to put in your ID, so the part after the last /. In your case, just neilchandler

Sorry, I made this more complicated than it needed to be... Now you can just enter whatever comes after the last / in your profile URL, no matter whether it ends in numbers or not. Can you please try again?
