Yes!! It is quite stressful to have anything less than a perfect success every time be considered a "flop." Art and our relationship with it should be an oscillation. People have developed such stern baselines they need art to meet, without realizing or remembering what the point was to begin with

All these techniques and guidelines and maximize of return on everything. People seem to have forgotten the reason those techniques and shortcuts came around in the first place was to try and emulate an posting style that never existed. Its done significant harm to many peoples self confidence.

Thing i want to scream about posting art online is that it doesn't need to be so complicated... just post it! YOU are the art-decider. Stop thinking if you're doing it right or wrong- and share what you love >w< my word

Yeeeeeeah..... that one confuses me so much because they had real skill gained over a notable number a years. Their stuff was unique in a way that really couldn't have been seen today... must be a pressure i dont understand

Posting to FA, or any site in big batches usually is not very effective compared to posting one picture you enjoy and want to highlight and elevate. The audience will care about your pictures as much as you seem to care, they follow your lead. You get back what it is that you put in.
