Two celebrities as guest characters might be bit much, but Salvatore Ganacci looks fun as fuck. I love goofy characters. I'll definitely be checking him out day 1.

-I like Clive's outfit and design generally. Fantasy characters are pretty cool, I wish there were more in Tekken in general

-I do not like how many effects are on the screen when he uses his moves. My gut says it'll be better without the dynamic trailer camera, but we'll have to wait and see.

-Clive is more interesting than Tifa. Swords and summons are annoying, but Victor and Raven both have them so whatever, the move list will be interesting. Tifa looks like she could just be a costume for asuka and it'd be fine. She doesn't have a reason to exist as a standalone character

My thoughts on Clive as someone who never played a FF game and Tekken 8 is my first tekken:

-Final Fantasy rep is kinda whatever. Guest character are at their best when they're left field. Another rep from a franchise they worked with in the past is bland.

I watched 'The Incident' last night and it was very good. However, even with a conservative definition, I'd say there were at least two incidents in the movie, maybe even three.

Less to do with any fighting game in particular, just that fgc people tend to really like one and/or the other. It takes the algorithm a bit to figure out I want fgc content since I'm not interested in things the fgc typically likes.

Also I think people are still migrating so there's a deficit atm.

Convincing the algorithm to show fighting game content is an uphill battle when you're not particularly interested in anime or wrestling.
