i think gpt-5.4 is one of my least favourite models to do anything other than code with. and i wouldn't trust it with architectural decisions - opus still feels a lot better at big picture, gpt-5.4 with detailed implementation - at least in my workflow.

it's funny how many people i've seen recently being driven towards linux just due to how questionable windows has gotten. idk if it's the copilot bloat, the nvidia driver drama, or something else entirely.
i started having weird windows problems something like 4-5 months ago with every usb device randomly resetting all at once. even my case lights would briefly toggle. thought hardware problem but not a problem in linux. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i have some sound issues in OW, but that's my only pain point now.
my computer headaches went down by like 90% after swapping to linux. gaming in it isn't bad anymore, either. but contending with being a 'linux person' is a lifelong battle.
