Humans aren’t really my specialty as well

I’ll maybe go back to school for 3D art this summer, but I remember it being quite difficult, yet very helpful once you learn the skills!

I actually attempted to draw a scene almost identical to the top right one this morning😂 It’s supposed to be my first comic page to indicate ‘Day one’ of my OC’s disastrous life

Thanks for the advice. I’m mostly struggling with zoomed out scenes (for example drawing a village in the distance). I get that I don’t have to draw every house individually, but the reader still needs to be able to see it’s a village y’know?

Yes, I try not to go into detail too much, but I can’t seem to visualise how to illustrate certain scenes and it infuriates me😭 Guess that’s part of the process of learning

True, maybe I’ll collaborate in the future. I do want to learn to draw backgrounds myself eventually, might as well use comics to practice that

It’s so hard to reach ANY audience on most social media platforms. Instagram doesn’t do sh*t for my art and my Tiktok and X barely reach anyone. So far Bluesky works best for me. I’m grateful for any interaction I get though!
