Seems like having vast numbers of members of the military being sick might be a bigger problem.

Our bike club fought, but Medford, Oregon is ripping out a two-way bike path in downtown to add back 40 parking spaces. Only ONE of the 50 affected businesses wanted this reversion. The “compromise“ was we end up with a single way bike lane with no protection. And the street remains car focused.

I know what. Let's don't vote because (pick your reason) and we can have this (and destruction of the global economy) for four years. I am very intelligent.

This is good. Can we do more? Yes. But our system is what it is. 10 million people in the streets seemed like a good start. Getting at least some of the 15 million Dems who didn't vote to do so would help, too.

Been seeing this across Bluesky this week - a real failure to understand what the deep cuts in "science" programs really means. Thanks for speaking up and clarifying.

Who knew water could cause all that?

Also it would fucking help if at least some of the 15 million Dems who didn't vote in 2024 would see their way toward saving the fucking country.

Our president is a madman. And our opposition party is feckless, spineless, corrupt, and utterly without intelligence, imagination, and courage. And don't give me this "their hands are tied" bullshit. There are legal, PR, political maneuvering, and other things they could do but choose not to.

Your correct pronunciations are educational, entertaining, and deeply respectful of the riders you cover. You are doing great work and I appreciate it very much.

Fairly large bird perched on a limb. The bird - a hawk - is mostly orange brown colored with lighter tan stripes across the breast and black and white wings. The bird is looking very intently directly at the camera.

This is a female red shouldered hawk glaring at me for interrupting her lunch. She then flew back to her nest about 10 feet away. I am watching/tracking this pair of nesting hawks in Ashland, Oregon. #birds

Every R member of congress should be asked if they think Medicare and Medicaid are scams. I won’t hold my breath.
