Haha. I was a pescatarian as well. I grew up eating a lot of fish (though I don’t really like most of the fishes native to NE) so I still eat mostly stuff I grew up eating in LA. (They really don’t season anything here lolol)

Yeah I think aging definitely plays a part. I’m prone to being anemic and deficient in Vits D & B12. So I try to be kind to myself and eat what my body is telling me I need. I usually try for one chicken or beef, one veg, and one fish meal every week. (I do meal kits to keep me on task.) ❤️

I was veg from 16-26 and then I moved to MA and the winter broke me. And I started craving meat to get through winter. I still don’t eat a ton of it. But I need a burger every now and then.

One time I went on a road trip with a handful of friends. And two of the gals decided they were hungry so we stopped in a grocery and they got a rotisserie chicken. And then we sat on the side of the road looking at view eating the rotisserie chicken.
