Thanks everyone who commented. It seemed a lot of you chose AIC Plus+ and I personally liked it and Production IMS, so I’ll go with that.

I also did a little bit of research and decided since Neptune’s not a “Human” in Neptunia, she’ll be basically a spirit.

Nice change of pace of everyone re-implementing Vic into modern games. Maybe someone wants to play with Johnny's take in BT3 or Infinite world for example.
