We keep on hearing about a green paper as the future of the BBC. Is green paper like lettuce? Because, if we can provide any feedback, we'd prefer yellow paper, or "cheese singles" as they're known.

We're sad to hear Leigh is leaving, she always had nice lunches from Waitrose or something. Top quality.

We're not smart enough to work out why one might not!

We are a bit disappointed to not have been appointed interim DG and actually thought our interview went pretty well.

We've just been informed that our chat group #discussing-the-cheese is being closed. Apparently it's not impartial to just say you "like" cheese, you also have to find a mouse that dislikes cheese for balance. But there really aren't any of those mice around. We all like cheese.

We spotted a mouse on the 2nd floor of The Lighthouse last Thursday, opposite the Capture Studio door . I've made a report to workplace for anyone wishing to follow up.

Also we're not "piggybacking" it was just one of us that had sampled a little too much rosé and we had to carry them back to Broadcasting House, that's all.

We're glad to see there is a new Chief Content Officer at the BBC and hoping that they can start work soon on the contents of the cupboards in W1A. They've been very bare of late.

We'd just like to announce that we will be remaining at the BBC although as yet do not know who we will be reporting to. By "reporting to" we mean who's sandwiches we'll be eating from the fridges, of course.

People may have seen this message about not leaving boxes around due to fire or that "It also attracts vermin who see it as a nice place to set up home".

If the BBC really is a welcoming place to work where you can be your true selves maybe they could stop calling us "vermin".

Hopefully that's better than the Killing Station! We lost a lot of good mice eating there!
