I solved the second cypher, only took me a moment after i realised that "throne of four squares" meant four square cypher, we get:

anyways if you were wondering the actual decode was "The c-###### protects all" I've only done the first part of the decode, haven't started the second.

after WAY too much effort, using base32hex to decode the string into binary which i then translated and decoded with a Caesar cypher using +19. I was then sent an audio file, with the message: "A Player? This far already... The c-###### must have gotten, too... ambitious... you shouldn't be here."
decodes to: "Level 1/8: Hide and SEEK.. listen out for their cries, bring them home."
In case anyone was wondering
