Beniers said about his focus going into the off-season right now is "to get into the weight room." Ostensibly to get bigger and able to improve his ability to play the physical side of the game. #SeaKraken

He did set a career high by 1 shot over his rookie season with 149 shots on goal but obviously still plenty of room to move up there.

Beniers said he liked his focus on shooting more this year than years previous and "wants to do that even more" going forward. He specifically mentioned looking at top goal scorers and seeing their shot totally up around 300.

McCann says his injury issues this season were an extension of the injury he had at the end of last season. He says there were "Maybe a handful" of games he felt 100% #SeaKraken

When asked about his future in Seattle he said "I'm focused on the health part for now"

Asked where they can improve Eberle said for him it's a "Trust thing" talking about the ability to trust the guys on the ice to be on the same page. He felt that when things weren't going well, they allowed the gaps to widen as they tried to solve problems individually rather than as a group.
