Oh yeah! some of those jokes take a MINUTE to parse out too, like I would be going along a few days later and suddenly just bust out laughing when I got a joke

I ADORE Letterkenny, it has some of the best alliteration, dialogue writing, and most wholesome television ever. I will absolutely die on that hill.

Hard agree with this, therapy helped me see how bad I was about helping everyone else while I was drowning.

But I did all the reading because I know I have REALLY BAD rejection sensitivity, and the work I did to stop spiraling due to that has helped with a lot of other issues I've got, and it kept me aware of the BPD tendencies

I did all that cause I wanted to figure out why my brain did what it did. I've had the ADHD diagnosis since childhood in the early 80's, the 'tism isn't formally diagnosed, but I almost definitely have that (thanks mom and dad,) and BPD is just tendencies as far as I can tell.

While I don't have a formal diagnosis of BPD, I've got a bunch of the traits, so I tend to treat my brain as having it. And I use a lot of techniques that I learned dealing with my ADHD about how my brain LIES to me all the time, and it tends to help.

I resonate with this, and try very hard to not let the negative thought take hold.
